We believe that the most fashionable item for your unique lifestyle already exists. It exists in your closet, your friend’s closet, your neighbor’s closet, and your mom (and dad!)’s closet. If an item is well designed and well-made, it deserves to be seen in public. If it no longer suits you, then why not give it a second life and make some extra cash while you’re at it?

A NOTE FROM DEBBIE
After two decades of living abroad, I moved back to Taiwan in 2022. At the time, I wanted to launch a store that celebrated independent designers from all over the world. I love independent designers for their unique point of view and quality craftsmanship. I also love to own pieces that are not mass produced and might have a story or two about the designer.
MYMIKA started with that intent in mind. Along the way, I discovered that there is treasure and amazing stories right at our fingertips – in the wardrobes of our friends, family, and community. Someone just needs to bring it forward. Secondhand clothing is incredibly inspiring and treasure hunting is what I live for.

MYMIKA is a curated resale platform. We curate for quality pieces that are made to last. Therefore, we are selective with the pieces that we choose to put on our platform.

That is why we choose not to carry any fast-fashion items.
