How do you determine the estimated resale price of an item?
Our estimated resale price is not perfect. It is made with the assumption that the item is well-kept and taken care of prior to resale. To determine the estimated resale price, we research other resale platforms such as Vestiare.com or therealreal.com as well as resale search engine joinbeni.com to determine the fair market price of an item.

Are your items cleaned and treated before they are sold?
Yes! We are currently working to collaborate with a family-owned wash and dry-cleaning business to inspect, clean, and repair all items sold on MYMIKA. We cannot wait to reveal this partnership!
Do you accept returns?
We accept items for return that are unworn and have their MYMIKA tags attached within 7 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page for more information.
Where do you source items for resale?
Our items are currently only sourced from trusted individuals within the MYMIKA community. We have a waitlist of interested sellers who we vet to ensure that their items are authentic, well-kept, and high quality before we sell their pieces on MYMIKA.
We are open to working directly with brands and boutiques around Taiwan! If you are a brand or boutique with samples or excess stock and would like to establish a circular business model, let’s work together! Contact us at hello@mymika.com.tw.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside of Taiwan. We look forward to expanding to other regions in Asia in the future!
Do you have a store?
We do not have a store. We aim to hold pop-ups throughout the year so please sign up to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram for announcements of dates!
